冰沙燉蛋 Stewed Eggs w/Milk HKD$25
Thoughts: Finally found a place for Stewed Egg 燉蛋, I am ordering the "hot one" as I have tried "cold ones" at Causeway Bay many years ago. But if I had a chance this week in Hong Kong; I would certainly try the cold ones again. Due to teaching schedules and my hotel is at Kowloon: I have yet to find time in the evening to venture to Hong Kong Island.
But this steam egg at MongKok near the harbour area is definitely a very good one.
