Thoughts: Of course, I have to eat morning breakfast at least once in 大家乐 Cafe De Coral while in Hong Kong. I remember frequenting 大家乐 Cafe De Coral at Hong Kong Islands 北角 North Point, 鰂魚涌 Quarry Bay, as well as 太古 Tai Koo; for many years! Both 美心 Maxim's and 大家乐 Cafe De Coral are popular Hong Kong based Chinese fast food chains in Hong Kong. I have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner countless times at branches of these 2.
My morning before 1st day class is Cafe De Coral within walking distance from 旺角維景酒店 Metropark Hotel. My choice was toast with egg and chicken with the hong kong milk tea. As usual, the shop is packed with locals and one really has to share table here. It is like in a table for 6, you can find 6 different strangers, and everyone is minding their own business with their food, mobile, or newspaper. One does not have to wait too long at the queue after paying at the counter, even McD one has to wait a little longer than this one!
Really always like how they prepare their egg, there is really such a thing as 滑蛋 even at a fast food outlet. In KL, 滑蛋 maybe is expensively offered at high class restaurants or at luxury hotels!
