Thoughts: Compare to price of fruit juices in KL, HKD$25 is quite similar to KL prices! One of the things I like in Hong Kong is that the mobile data and the mobile map can really bring you to the places you want, and it is really quite accurate! 
The little shop in Hong Kong Central is not easy to find, it is near to the "Mid-Levels" where the long escalaters are located. This shop is managed by a young man, you can have 1 or 2 flavors with regular or large price ranges from $18 to $28 (price quite comparable to KL), combine up to 4 fruits for $38! 
I should have ordered the Avocado + Pear which the owner say is his favorite, maybe next time!
