Thoughts: Light rain and no where to go on the streets of Hong Kong Central. From their website, Pacific Coffee seems to have at least 15 locations in Hong Kong Island. This one I am having Cuppicino is at Central Building.
The two most prominent western coffee chains in Hong Kong are Starbucks and Pacific Coffee. But there seem to be more Starbucks for the places I have been in Kowloon and Central in the past week. 
I am not sure there have wifi at this Location but funny thing is that I think most if not all of the 茶餐厅 in hong kong do not provide Wifi Access!
