猪肠粉 Chee Cheong Fun & Yong Tao Foo $7.20
Thoughts: For breakfast today, I want to find an "old taste" for many years at Imbi Old Market, the Yong Tao Foo there with the special red sauce! So, I started an early drive before 6am and reached KL Pudu's ICC even before 6:30am.
Ah Fook makes and cooks his Yong Tao Foo fresh everyday, you can see the busy cooking around 6am++. And the Chee Cheong Fun usually arrives just around 7am, and the customers will slowly appear at the stall for take-away or dine-in.
I was the the first customer, and everything was freshly cooked and even the Chee Cheong Fun arrived is still warm!
It is good to find that familiar taste I remember for 20+years driving to KL to work in the morning!
Ah Fook was in happy mood today as he told me business is not easy nowadays and many stalls at ICC closed-down or only opens alternate days for business.
