Thoughts: It is not the milky fish head noodle (加奶鱼头米) but rather ramen on milky soup with fish cakes! I have no idea if it is Penang or Japanese. The whole thing is just very interesting with the after taste of hot milk and sweat after finishing the bowl! According to the menu, it is 自创 or self invented by the restaurant owner. Interesting!
