牛百葉腩肉墨丸捞粗薯粉 Beef Tripe & Belly Meat w/Squid Ball Potato Starch Noodle HKD$38
Thoughts: The Potato Starch Noodle 薯粉 is a first for me! It is transparent looking and has a bouncy bite to it, definitely mix well with the Beef Tripe and Beef Belly Meat! One mixed with the sauce hiding beneath the bowl, everything just comes together magically. The Squid Ball seems to be a finishing touch to the superbly well concocted bowl of noodle. I bet next trip to Hong Kong, I will look for this shop at Sham Shui Po 深水埗 for their other menu offerings!
