Thoughts: I have noticed the Indian Stall "Parthi's" when having the Macau Pork Burger and one of the signature drink it is advertising is its Masala Tea, and I have got to try it.
Masala tea is literally "Mixed Spiced Tea", made by brewing black tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs. Although traditionally prepared by a decoction of green cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, ground cloves, ground ginger, and black peppercorn together with black tea leaves but I think retail versions like this one at KL Lot 10 Hutong perhaps uses tea bags for infusion, instant powdered mixtures, and concentrates.
So, I have yet to really try an authentic Masala Tea, I wish to find one such place in KL to try it at least once; as I do think it must be really good with the original concoction of mixture mentioned above.
