Thoughts: 香港明栈烧味餐厅 Ming's Kitchen offers a variety of food including 烧味 (roasted pork, duck, chicken), 点心 Dim Sum, 碟头饭 Dip Tau Fan as well as 叫菜吃饭. Tomorrow morning is forecasted rainy day in Hong Kong, I will just settle for Dim Sum tomorrow morning before going to the Airport. But tonight, it is suckling pig and suckling goose; both of which is difficult to find in KL. One word for my last meal (dinner) in Hong Kong, 正 Perfect! I wish for a large plate of both the 乳猪 and 烧鹅. The dinner ends with a Hong Kong Milk Tea. Just perfect!
