Thoughts: Hong Kong is undoubtedly a food paradise! It was a tough day, I ended up having a quick 2 hour sleep from 6 to 8pm and quickly wondered through the dark streets around Prince Edwards area along Tai Po road (a very long road indeed). Not having too much mood as the day was really tired, ended up at a small little beef specialty restaurant. What comes in the bowl was all beef stomach and beef intestine, I should have order other parts of the cow! The taste for certain cow organ parts is certainly an acquired taste. But, I stayed at the restaurant for awhile, listening to conversations as the restaurant is really small and watching customers come and go. It was an interesting experince! That's one of the things I really like about these small eateries in Hong Kong!
