Thoughts: Was a little disappointed with the 咖哩山猪肉 curry wild board, cannot find the taste I had at Leong Ya 30+years ago in Belakong. Luckily the stir fired pork belly 爆花腩肉 was interesting. Saw stir-fried kailan in Hong Kong TV last week, and ordered it to try.
I suppose Leong Ya now handled by its next generation with few branches here and there cannot really maintained the standards when it was a single restaurant in Belakong where there serve everything from Yong Tao Foo to dishes like wild board and wrapped chickens. Really cannot find those taste of Leong Ya in the old days!
