Thoughts: Left Price Edward (Kowloon) via MTR to Hong Kong Central to hunt for breakfast before a foto walk in Central. Found a restaurant not far from Hong Kong MTR Station. 
I actually only ordered the 黑松露炒蛋猪仔包 Black Truffle Scrambled Egg w/Buttered Crispy Bun as I wanted to try the Black Truffle; to be honest, not idea how it taste like. But one of the waitress brought me the 鲜茄蛋三滚牛肉即食面 Beef Tomato & Egg w/Instant Noodle in Soup, I did not ask why but took a few bites and found it really nice; the noodle seems to be instant noodle type bu the beef was really juicy and yummy. After finishing the meal with the ever really nice hong kong milk tea which came with the bun set; I only paid HKD$39, I wasn't still quite sure if the beef noodle was free or the waitress send wrongly to my table. But the bun and the beef noodle will definitely keep me on the go for few hours on the streets of Hong Kong!
