Thoughts: Restoran Syed Abu claims to operate 24 hours, as a Mamak restaurant! But I am trying out the small little Malay push cart stall "leached" to the Restaurant called Sate Zubir. I totally like it, service was friendly, Satay meat well marinated, were chunky and wonderful Satay sauce as well. A Satay option that I don't mind revisiting in the future.
Nevertheless Restoran Syed Abu claims to have a speciality in Nasi Kandar Jelutong style (I believe Penang styles)! I would love to try out Penang Nasi Kandar, either at "Line Clear", "Nasi Kandar Beratur", or "Dean Nasi Kandar" all at Georgetown Penang, soon! And I believe the famed Dean Nasi Kadar restaurant also have branches in KL as well. Sounds interesting, and in my Calendar of "to-try" locations.
Restoran Syed Abu may be operating 24 hours but I believe Sate Zubir only offers Satay in the evenings. I was here around 7pm and there were starting the grill area where I was the first customer.
