Thoughts: 宏運茶餐厅 Restoran Fan Yoon, within the compound of Good Year Court 2 (not as busy as NSV or Wai Kwan kopitiam). For breakfast, I am having dry Pan Mee with thick flat noodles, at rm$6 you get a generous amount of noodle, minced pork, a lot of back fungus, anchovies and some mushroom slices, coupled with a bowl of pork slice with sweet patato leafy soup. Not forgetting some spicy chili sauce on the side. The price is definitely very affordable and tasty, not too salty. Went well with the "Cham Gao" after the meal.
This little kopitiam offers a lot; besides Pan Mee, you can have Western breakast, Economy Fried Beehoon/Mee, Nasi Lemak, Chee Chong Fun, Pan Mee, Fish ball noodle, Yong Tai Foo, Hokkien Mee, Kwong Foo Chao, Loh Mee, and Claypot Lo She Fun! Don't expect ambience here, surrounding are not so clean looking apartment blocks, but parking is free but challenging and depends on your luck.
