脏脏"爆" Dirty Lava Bun rm$4.62 👍👍😋 😋
Budget: MYR$5
Cuisine: Western Bakery
Public transport: Monorail Bukit Bintant
Thoughts: The No.1 pastry recommended by the person on the counter was of the "Dirty Lave Bun" with Belgium thick chocolate lava topped with another thick layer of cocoa powder imported from Spain! At the cost below rm$5, it is well worth the money. An excellent pastry!
My initial visit here was for the much talked about "Lychee Rose Bun" famed by a Taiwanese Baker called 吳寶春 "Wu Pao-Chun" who was the creator of this bun. The bun's ingredients is said to be of millet wine, rose petals and dried lychees. I am not show if millet wine is "halal" but will definitely try this bun next time since the worker here has talked me into trying out the Dirty Lava Bun instead!
Interestingly Hogan Bakery (a Taiwanese Bakery) is of a venture in the local scene by Parkson.
Rating: 7/ 10 👍👍😋 😋
