Thoughts: I never knew the difference between barbecuing and grilling”. According to someone in the web, “Barbecue means cooking with a slow circumvented unit of hot air with the lid closed. While Grilling is done with the lid up and you're cooking with direct heat on the bottom, instead of all around the source." Therefore based on that definition, "Yakitori" should be a form of Grilling!
I have now tried 10 of the 15 Yakitori stick choices, so far I really like the Soy Pork Belly, Bacon mushroom, Scallop, Wild Salmon and Chicken Wings; these few worth re-visiting in the future. But perhaps next time here, I'd like to do a proper meal from their menu and not just Yakitori!
