Thoughts: Oh! it is halal, I noticed a Halal certificate in the shop. I am not sure if the restaurant only sells chicken rice, but you can surely get chicken rice all-day-long from 7am to 6pm! The white-cup chicken wasn't too bad at all, its tender, come along with tasty chicken rice and good chili sauce. Generally, a nice find this morning. The restaurant also serves a different daily dessert (tong shui), on the wall, it also seems to claim to offer rendang chicken, mee siam, nasi lemak, curry mee, and poppiah! Parking here is not that easy.
