Thoughts: A week ago, coming to SS 2 Chow Yang on a rainy morning for the Penang Har Mee! This morning, looks set to be clowdy the whole day, settling again at Chow Yang for Beef noodle as breakfast. Its $7.50 for regular and $8.50 for large, nice and but again unlike Hong Kong style. Generally satisfactory, I did like the spicy with some sweetness in the chili sauce as the beef meat dip. It comes with clear broth with flavorful beef soup, but my bowl did not come with any raddish!
Chow Yang offers a lot of choices (with a 3 shop lot and may be close to 2 dozens of hawker stalls); parking is generally free & easy early in the morning!
