Thoughts: Here is another branch of 锦选香港特极点心 Jin Xuan Hong Kong Restaurant, location is in PJ's SS22 (the other one is in Kota Kemuning)! Both locations seems to have similar menu, and with many foreign workers. Anyhow, without foreign workers I don't think these kinds of restaurant can operate. This restaurant looks like the only one that operations around 7am in this area; there is a open-air like hawker centre but dont' see any activities in the the early morning.
Surprising, the mussels cheese-mai wasn't too bad (at least I liked it most among the 3 plates I order). I tried their "Har Cheong" (Prawn rice roll) at the Kemuning branch but did not like it; this one here seems very nice today with seemingly fresh prawns and freshly made rice rolls.
Parking here easy at 7am but comes 8am will be more difficult and the restaurant was already with many customers by 8am with also lots of customer for walk-in tapao.
