日本"振り掛け"三文鱼 Furikake Salmon & 西班牙焗飯 Paella baked rice RM$16 👍😋
Fishy Soup RM$5.95 😮😮
Budget: below MYR$25++
Thoughts: The fish is Japanese style and the rice is Spanich style. "Furikake", a Japanese seaweed and sesame rice seasoning, is sprinkled over salmon steaks for baking. Interesting Furikake style is very popular to prepare Hawaiian Salmon which is served with mayonnaise! I can't complain, it was too bad. Next, Paella baked rice seems a Spanish cuisine, many view it as a Spanish National dish! But Paella seems a Valencian rice dish that has ancient roots but its modern form originated in the mid-19th century near the Spain's City of Valencia. The Paella baked rice is one of the sides choice that goes with the fish in this restaurant. Other sides are mash patato, coleslaw, and vegetables.
Fish & Co has been offering "Buy 1 free 1" at RM$31.05 for sometime now, the actual single meal is around $25. The "Buy 1 free 1" offers a choice of 5 Salmon dishes. You can also choose "Add-ons" at around RM$6 for smaller bite size plates of fish skins, nuggets, soup, or drinks. The fishy soup was interesting.
Rating: 6 / 10 👍😋
