Thoughts: It is called 王美記 Restoran Wong Mei Kee, where some say this is one of the best (or the best) Roasted Pork in KL. While some say the 王美記 is the Datuk of Siew Yoke in Malaysia BUT looks like some other foodies say that it is overrated and overpriced! The restaurant only starts to prepared the ordered meals after 12pm, but customers already paid and get their seats as early as 11:45+am or earlier. Here it is queue up to get your order, then find your table with your receipts on the table; my order came after 45 minutes! The restaurant was already almost full-house around 12:15pm today with everyone eagerly waiting for supposedly one of the best roasted pork in town. Today I was sharing sharing the table with customers that drove all the way from 柔佛 Johor and 檳城 Penang for a taste of the Datuk of Roasted Pork in KL. And a meal for 5-6 people with Roasted pork, Roasted chicken, and Char siew can go up to rm$200++!

I think a plate of Roasted Pork rice used to be rm$15/rm$17 about 5 years ago and today's lunch is rm$23 for the "燒肉配白飯 Roasted Pork which only come with some cucumber slices and white rice", there are exactly 11 pieces of Pork Belly Roasted Pork. Each of the roasted pork on the plate are 4 layers with the cracking crispy skin, then 五花肉 with 3 layers: white lean meat, fat, and the pinkish lean pork meat, not salty and still warm! Looks like exactly at 12:15pm that Master Wong sifu 王標輝師父 himself starts to prepare (cut) the roasted pork for every order and everything will be finished within 1.5 to 2+ hours every day before 3pm. Many professional foodies, bloggers and vloggers come here as early as 11:30am or earlier to photograph 王師父 Maser Wong in action at the back of the shop roasting slabs of 五花肉 pork belly inside smoke blackened 44 gallon drums with charcoal.
DBKL parking is probably quite impossible around or near the "王美記 Restaurant Wong Kee" corner shop lot. BUT the shop is just 5 - 6 minutes walking distance from 燕美站 Imbi Monorail station, OR you can also choose to alight at Hang Tuah Monorial station and walk from the 啦啦寶都商場 Lalaport's West Wing and exit at the East Wing to take the over head bridge to cross 富都路 Jalan Pudu to reach the shop.
