Thoughts: Probably opened somewhere early June, last month. It is another Grocer with a twist as that it also is a Café. USJ16's "16 degrees coffee & grocer" is a family business neighborhood Grocery and In-house Café. The new shop is just next to "Sisters Kopitiam", that popular neighborhood 清真炒粿條 Halal char koay teow in Subang Jaya.

USJ16's "16 degrees coffee & grocer" is a family business neighborhood Grocery and In-house Café. There are 2 grocers here at USJ16: "朝陽生鮮專賣店 Suncity Fresh market" which opened maybe end of last year or beginning of this year and 2 shop lots away is the new "16 degrees coffee & grocer". The new shop offers selected 有機蔬菜 organic vegetables like 有機芥蘭 organic Kai Lan, 辣椒屬 Capsicum, 南瓜 Pumpkin, 長豆 Long beans, 羊角豆 Lady finger, Butterhead, 有機日本黃瓜 Japanese cucumber and more. Other grocery items are your typical 新鮮水果 fresh Fruits, 烹飪醬 Cooking sauce, 罐頭食品和水果 Can foods and fruits, and selected 干糧 Dry food and Cooking items. The Grocery area takes up maybe 2/3rd of the single shop lot.
The immediate entrance to the air-conditioned "coffee and grocer" are cozy seating areas to enjoy your 咖啡 coffee, 蛋糕 cakes, 糕點 pastries, and I think 酸麵包 sourdough breads. On the menu today are 漿果鬆餅 Berry Muffins, 檸檬蛋糕 Lemon cake, 蘋果派 Apple Pie, 司康餅 Scone, and 巧克力曲奇餅 Chocolate Chip Cookies. Maybe next time, for an earlier lunch for the Cafe's Sourdough breads and Scrambled egg. For today's late lunch is an excellent rm$11 "蘋果派 Apple Pie" with 生奶油 Whipped cream on the side, fresh and warm, and ends well with the rm$9 "拿鐵 Latte".
