Food Thoughts: After a web browse for Shah Alam breakfast, this is a highly recommended places for Nasi Lemak, Roti Tampal, and "Cakoi" for early birds in Shah Alam. Some say its the best Roti Canai and Nasi Lemak in town.
The Roti Tampal, half-boiled egg wrapped inside the Indian Bread with Dal Sambal on the side was nice. Too bad the Teh Tarik was sweet as ever. On the Nasi Lemak, I would say although rice was warm when served but lack the coconuty fragrance, the rest in the plate was sotong, boiled egg, cucumber cubes, and nuts were the usual (without fried anchovies). Overall, it wasn't too bad but wasn't as fantastic I expected. Then again, I did like the Malay deep fried potato patties, a unique taste and goes well with rice.
