Food Thoughts: The young couple and their son running the stall, husband stuffing the fish+pork paste into the freshly cut vegetables; including brocolli and Lotus root; while wife frying the stuffed yong tao foo as as well as preparing the customer orders, and the son helping to bring the prepared meals to the customer tables. So, I picked up the brocolli and lotus root yong tao foo as well as 猪皮 "Pig skin", tofu, lady finger, and ordered 2 dried shrimp chee cheong fun. The dried shrimp chee cheong fun is garnished with sesane and served without the sauce on it, you do get a plate of chili sauce and a bottle of sweet sauce. Overall, it is a good breakfast, not too salty nor sweet, just fit my taste.
