Food Thoughts: MC Curry House at Shah Alam Glenmarie offers their Signature Curry Chicken Noodle, both soup and dry versions. Also serving are pork noodle and curry chicken rice. Instead of the soup curry noddle, I was adventurous to try the dry curry chicken noodle with beehoon plus yellow noodles, topped with cockles. Its on the spicy side and the signature curry chicken was definitely good.
A quick search through the web revelas the MC Curry House's "MC" really refers to person names Mr. Colin James Mcculloch (his grandfather who is a Scottish married a local Chinese here). And it is Mr. Colin who opened and opearted this shop serving "Scottish Curry Noodle"! But then again "MC" could also mean "Mee Curry"!
Nevertheless, the thick curry and tender curry chicken, together with tofu pok, long beans, cockles and garnished with I think "fried onions", well flavored. Wished it came with some patatoes as well. Overall, a good plate of dry curry noodle. Perhaps the soup version may even taste better, next time!
Review: 👍😋
