Food Thoughts: I have tasted both KL's version of Hokkien BeeHoon as well as Hokkien thick noodles (like udon). Tonight, I asked Jeffrey to combine both BeeHoon and the Thick Noodle to be fried Hokkien style. With Weng Soon's special home-made "Belachan Chilli Paste" on the side, this is one very nice un-healthy dish to reckon with; not to mention Jeffrey wasn't stingy on the pork lard that goes into the concoction. Nice!
