Food Thoughts: I asked the 40+ man who is the chef and owner of the burger stand how he can manage to to cook and open until 3:30am in the morning every day, his replied is simple, he just think of his children. And the reason why he does not open on a Saturday (where business could be even better), he said it is family day! Now, that's a good man!
