The rm$12 "烟鸭沙拉 Duck Salad" at Stall#B6 by "ROYAL Duck" (https://royalduck.com.my/) was the best of the 3 food items sampled today. The rm$12 meal comes with 9 slices of smoked duck meat sitting on a bed of Salad and some Jelly fish on the side, wish I could have it with a can of cold beer! BUT the "ROYAL Duck" and "ITIKENAK" brands are by a Penang company called "PG Lean Hwa Trading Sdn. Bhd" start as a duck processing plant in Penang 20 years ago (in 2003). The primary activities of the company are processing, wholesaling, and retailing frozen duck and duck related products for domestic and export markets.
