Thoughts: For Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah), the payment deadlines may vary by state and for Selangor; the payment for the annual Quit Rent fees should be paid before May 31 every year. Since 2023, the Jabatan Cukai Tanah Selangor no longer send out the Annual "Bil Cukai Tanah" to Selangor Resident. And residents can get/pay the Electronic Bill (Semakan Bil Cukai Tanah) via the Government Portal of https://ehasil.selangor.gov.my/. 

For Different districts in Selangor, visit https://www.selangor.gov.my/petaling.php/ to find out the different office locations to make payment personally. AND for Subang Jaya residents, the payment for the Cukai Tanah can be made at SS13's "Kompleks 3C MPSJ". There are several Gates entries to the Complex and make sure it is Gate 4! Payment must be made using either Debit Card or Credit Card and only Wednesdays allow Cash Payments.
