Thoughts: First time to Penang's AMARI Spice was 27 February.2023 for a 4 days work trip to Penang last year. Opened on November 1. 2023, the new hotel offers several multi-dimensional gastronomic experiences including the following: 

Cascade (a cozy lobby lounge with tea, barista coffee, cocktails, pastries) - Lobby

Amaya Food Gallery (all-day dining restaurant) - 4th floor

Amaya Food Gallery (PUB) - 4th floor

FIT Centre (gymnasium) - 5th floor

AQUA Bar - 5th floor
