AND today's coffee is the rm$9.70 "酮黑咖啡 KETO Black" or "防彈咖啡 Bulletproof Coffee" of some people call it "牛油咖啡 Butter Coffee", which is 黑咖啡 Americano (Black Coffee) topped with some 牛油 Butter! In short, the "防彈咖啡 Bulletproof Coffee" is just 黑咖啡 Coffee added with "脂肪 FAT"!
The creator, 戴夫·阿斯普雷 David Asprey (an 美國企業家和作家 American Entrepreneur and Writer), found the recipe while hiking in 西藏 Tibet. The drink requires low-mold coffee beans, two tablespoons of grass-fed butter, which is higher in Omega-3s and vitamins, and two tablespoons of medium-chain triglyceride oil. With that discovery, Dave Asprey has set his sights on living to 180 and in 2011, Mr Asprey introduced the Bulletproof Coffee: a blend of coffee, 中鏈三酸甘油酯 MCT oil and 草飼黃油 grass-fed butter.
The "防彈咖啡 Bulletproof Coffee" was created initially with the intention to fuel start your day by 取代高碳水化合物早餐 replacing carb-heavy breakfasts with the fat infused black coffee!
