Sushi Brito @ Bayan Lepas, Penang
Was at the Taman Megah branch on March 4, 2020, and tried the interesting Sushi Brito BUT unfortunately I think the SS24 branch already ceased operations (I could be wrong but that's what google map reported as 永久停業). 
Today's Sushi Brito is located at the Spice Convention Centre, and just opposite the Spice Pisa Café food court. The interesting Japanese restaurant offers 壽司點心 Sushi on a Canape, 壽司捲餅 Sushi Burrito, 米漢堡 Rice in a Burger, as well as 抹茶漢堡 Matcha Burger and the more familiar 烏冬 Udon and 蓋飯 Donburi. 
Similar to "小吃 Tapas", "小點 Canapé" is an 開胃菜 appetizer consisting of a piece of bread or toast or a cracker topped with a savory spread (such as 魚子醬 caviar or 奶酪 cheese). The appetizer is originated in France in the mid 1800's when a chef created a new type of "開胃菜 hors d'oeuvre (French word for appetizer)" by putting a 鹹味澆頭 savory topping on a piece of bread or toast. The topping was thought to sit on the bread like a person sitting on a sofa; hence the snack came to be called a Canapé (長椅 long chair)!
The Sushi Canape at Sushi Brito also comes with 3 layers (like a usual Canapé): Here, the 3 sampled Canapes' topped with the first layer of Salmon, Ebi (prawns), Kani (crab meat) and Tamago (egg). While the second layer was the Sushi Rice AND instead of bread or toast at the base; it comes with a cracker! An interesting Japanese Fusion Canape!
