Thoughts: Replacing the outgoing 亞木麵 Ah Muk Noodles, the corner shop lot in one of the popular food street in SS15 is now "檳咖 Bin Ka". The new shop started operation in December 2022 last year, offering must-eat Penang hawker foods: 福建蝦麵 Penang Hookien Prawn Mee, 炒粿條 Char Koay Teow, 白咖哩麵 White Curry Mee, 咖央醬黃油吐司 Kaya+butter Toast, 五香 Lobak, and 粿條湯 Penang Kway Teow Teng.

The new shop started operation in December 2022 last year, offering must-eat Penang hawker foods: 福建蝦麵 Penang Hookien Prawn Mee, 炒粿條 Char Koay Teow, 白咖哩麵 White Curry Mee, 咖央醬黃油吐司 Kaya+butter Toast, 五香 Lobak, and 粿條湯 Penang Kway Teow Teng.
Not 100% sure, but this new kopitiam is probably one of the few shops in PJ that offers the popular Penang classic hot drink "杏仁烏 Almond O tea", at rm$5 which is more than double the price of a same cup in Penang island; but still a likable hot beverage!
Bin Ka's 檳城炒粿條 Penang Char Kway Teow comes with freshly boiled 螄蚶 'Si Ham (Cockles)" on the side where some customers may prefer it fresh or others to bury it under the hot kway teow to cook it a bit more. Good Wok Hei fried kway teow with medium sized prawns and 芽菜 bean sprouts, a bit pricey at rm$14.90 but worth sampling. Another Penang favorite and at rm$15.90 is a bowl of "檳城福建蝦麵 Penang Hokkien Prawn Mee", also comes with generous good sized prawns and 3-layers pork slices, in a bowl of rich Pork Rib Soup Base.
Looking forward for Bin Ka's 檳城白咖哩面 Penang White Curry Mee, 潮州廣將 Teow Chew Kwong Qiang, and of course 檳城五香 Penang Lobak.
