Thoughts: A Vietnamese, Mrs "Jane IIien Nguyen" moved to Klang Valley with her Malaysian Husband; she noticed many Vietnamese restaurant in Klang Valley offers mostly Southern Vietnamese cuisines while she was more familiar with the Hanoi cooking which is more of the Northern Vietnamese cuisines.

Jane Nguyen quit her Corporate Job and started her HOME-based business called "Jane's Nem" in March 2020, at the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic, in pursue of the home-business to pursue her cooking passion and share her favorite Vietnamese cuisines with ore Malaysians. The home-business Vietnamese cuisines quickly became popular and in December 2021, she moved her business into a shop lot in PJ Seksyen 17's Happy Mansion. While Vietnamese Bahn Mi and Spring Rolls are the must eat at "Jane's Nem", today's dinner is a rm$16 "越南河內烤豬肉米線 Bun Cha Hanoi Pork". The meal was delivered in a traditional rattan food tray with fresh vegetables, vermicelli, and a bowl of northern style Vietnamese pork ball and pork belly.
