The new MEGA lounge at KLIA T1 Contact Pier visited today opened recently this month, housing both Plaza Premium Lounge and Plaza Premium First, plus it also offer travelers 24 hours access. The new Plaza Premium Lounge can be found almost immediately after KLIA1's custom exit from the Departure hall and at the Mezzanine floor located at the Contact Pier.  

The quality of the complementary food and beverages at this lounge is good: with the usual 香腸雞蛋麵包 sausage, egg, bread plus 椰漿飯 nasi lemak, 沙拉 salads, 粥 porridge, and 麵條 noodles. Also available are limited 小蛋糕 small cakes, 糕點 pastries, and 咖啡 coffee; although some drinks at the bar are chargeable but 生啤酒 draft beers are free flow. 

Complimentary lounge access is 3 hours while an hourly lounge use for others is rm$98/hour. Complimentary entry to the Plaza Premium Lounges in KLIA are 24 hours entry for both Departure and Arrival travelers with selected Credit Cards, each entry is for 3 hours of food, beverages, free beer/wine plus free Wifi + work areas with your notebooks. However, use of shower, private resting area, SPA treatments, and VIP rooms are also available for an Extra Costs.
