Thoughts: First time here was October 25. 2022 for a "大早餐 Big Breakfast set" rm$11.90 which comes with toast, some salad, sautéed tomato, omelet and black coffee; definitely value for money and satisfactory.

"9 Morning Café PLT" at SS15 offers all-day-Breakfast, limited noodle+rice dishes, salad, over-night Oats, Pancakes, Waffles, and their signature drinks and dessert creations.
