Said to be originated from 吉蘭丹 Kelantan, the "香料雞 Ayam Percik" consists of marinated chicken that is traditionally slowly grilled over charcoal. Chicken meat is seasoned with a spice blend that usually with a mixture of coconut milk, cumin, turmeric, coriander, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, and chili peppers. The chicken is traditionally served alongside rice and vegetables or ulam.
Linguine originated in Italy and is based on more traditional pastas, the flat pasta first appeared in writings in the 1700s. Interestingly, the name linguine means "little tongues" in Italian, where it is a plural of the 女性語言 feminine linguina.Food today: 6 / 10 👍
