Thoughts: There are 2 food courts along Jalan Tun Dr Awang, which is just 5km+ from the Penang Airport (I think the area is called 糊內 Relau, which is located at the South of the Penang Island) which definitely worth visiting:

糊內峇六拜美食中心 Spice Pisa Café (05:00pm - 12:00am)
One is spoilt for choice at both food courts with hawker food items range from noodles to different types of meat with rice dishes. Besides the many Chinese hawker stalls foods here, there is also a 印度煎餅 Roti Canai and 椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak stall. "糊內峇六拜美食中心 Spice Pisa Café" offers at least 50 hawker stalls selling all kinds of local street food. Western, Japanese, Korean and Thai food: 雞飯 Chicken Rice, "燒臘 Siew Lap", 福建麵 Penang Hokkine Mee, 炒粿條 Char Kaoy Teow, 炸牡蠣 Fried Oyster, 五香 Lobak, and 田雞粥 Frogs porridge too etc etc etc! One can come here daily for two weeks and still unlikely able to savor everything that both food courts offers.
