Today's breakfast is a Dry 瀨粉 Lai fun in dark sauce (plus minced meat) with home-made 釀豆腐 Yong Tao Foo. The stalls makes its own Lai fun and Yong Tao Foo. One of the interesting feature of this kopitiam (that some kopitiam around town is also trying to emulate) is that the customer will have to queue up at the beverage section for drinks and it is payment up-front and self service; then the customer will have to bring its own cup or glass of beverage to find a table! AND for one person dining, you then leave your beverage on the table and go to the stalls to order your food, the hawker stall does deliver the food to the table.
