USJ16's "16 degrees Coffee & Grocer" is a rare Neighborhood kind of Café that is just short walk from residential houses where MPSJ parking is generally still possible (USJ16/2F parking is usually possible). The Café offers Groceries as well as a Café offering pretty decent cup of coffee with limited choice of pastries and some cakes. The home-made sourdough breads is from "Not Cute Sisters" who runs a bakery from home (I think) for online sourdough breads, both the Café and online bakery are same family business.
