順興 Soon Hing's Signature is their 燒鴨 Roasted Duck, but also available are 燒肉 Roasted Pork, 叉燒 Charsiew, and 燒雞 Roasted Chicken that can be ordered as Ala-Carte or go with rice or wanton mee. Also noticed 白斬雞 white chicken, 牛肉 Beef, 乾撈咖哩雞 curry chicken, and 雞腳 chicken feet as meat options for wanton mee. Not only the above but also other noodle choice like 板麵 Pan Mee, 咖哩雞面麵 Curry Chicken noodle, 怡保河粉 Ipoh Hor Fun, 豬肉粉 Pork Noodle, and even 福州魚丸粉 Fuzhou Fish ball noodle soup! Certainly lot of choices and regular plates starts at a reasonable price of rm$8.50. AND if the noodle and rice dishes are not enough, there are also at least 8 Dim Sum choices!
One of the best feature of all of the 順興燒臘 Soon Hing shops are that there all are ready to serve breakfast as early as 7am. This branch at Puchong's Bandar Puteri is a corner shop lot with at least 23 tables (not too much social distancing between tables) but clean and bright.
Today's breakfast is a rm$8.50 "叉燒雲吞麵 Charsiew Wanton Mee", Charsiew is probably not the best in town and the wanton mee noodles just ok BUT the 3 pieces of wanton were nice. Overall, ok lar! At least satisfied with the craving for some Wanton Mee today. BUT I am already eyeing to sample the 咖哩白斬雞麵 Chicken curry noodle OR 咖哩燒肉麵 Curry Roasted Pork noodle in the next visit!
