The 2 shops kopitiam is a corner shop lot kopitiam "儀德美食中心 Restoran Double D" is one of the very few eateries opened for breakfast as early as 7am (although not all hawker stalls), at least in this part of Puchong Bandar Puteri. The dining tables in this kopitiam basically have good social distancing. To enjoy the comprehensive choice of the 16 hawker stalls, best time is probably after 9am or 10am BUT parking maybe challenging!
The rm$8 "三井莊豬肉丸老鼠粉 Pork ball noodle" (dry version) comes with 老鼠粉 rat noodle with 肉碎 minced pork, some 香腸 pork sausage, 青蔥 shallots, and with dark soya sauce (but not too salty). On the side is a bowl of soup with mixed items: 魚餅 Fish cake, 豬肉丸 Pork ball, 魚丸 Fish ball, and some "三井莊豬肉丸 Sam Kan Chong Pork Ball" plus some nice chili sauce. The same stall that offers the "Sam Kan Chong Pork Ball noodle" also offers a variety of Pork noodles options!
I am sure night time here will be more choices as bottled beers are also available at the Kopitiam; there are also several TV monitors probably screening Chinese movies from Astro.
