I know the first two are popular lunch spots for Chinese mixed rice for office workers at Phileo AND I think it also looks like the new corner shop lot "星洲風味 Restoran Sin Zhou" offers another Chinese mixed rice as LUNCH choice. 
BUT for morning, all 3 of them offers Economy fried noodles, 星洲風味 Sin Zhou offers Pan Mee as well and today's breakfast is an rm$8 "干撈板麵 Dry Pan Mee"! The new Chinese Makan place started operation yesterday 10th August.
