BUT another meaning is that while the word "壽司 Sushi" is used when the variety is not specified while if the "S" in sushi is replaced by a "Z" when used to refer to specific type of Sushi dish where a prefix is attached at the front like "卷壽司 Maki-Zushi" or "稻荷(豆皮)壽司 Inari-Zushi", Since 2014, 新壽司 SHIN ZUSHI served a variety of fusion sushi at the same time using 傳統的手工壽司 traditional hand-made sushi method.

Today's Japanese set lunch is a rm$22 "ニバラと鳥セット Mini Bara No Tri Zen", and additional rm$1 with a 茶碗蒸 Chawanmushi (although it was too salty today). BUT the rm$22 set comes with a bowl of 西瓜 Water melon fruit, 日式芝麻沙拉 Salad with Japanese sesame dressing, 味噌湯 Miso soup, a plate of at else 4 large pieces of 照燒雞脯 Terriyaki Chicken, and a bowl of rice with a small variety of Salad sitting on 生菜 fresh lettuce and topped with 白姜 pickled ginger, some 玉子焼き Tamagoyaki, as well as 魚卵 Fish roe. AND for rm$22, for the combinations is definitely value for money!
