Starter is the expensive rm$12.90 "蟹王翅 Crab Meat Fin Soup", it is 蟹肉 Crab meat instead of 魚翅 Shark fin as since 2007, 馬來西亞 Malaysia's 自然資源與環境部 Natural Resources and Environment Ministry banned shark's fin soup from official functions committing to the 馬來西亞自然協會 Malaysian Nature Society (for conservation of shark species). Next is the equally expensive rm$14.90 "至尊三寶 Superior Trio Platter" which comes with a few pieces of 炸豆腐 fried bean curd, some 台灣香腸 Taiwanese sausage, and 乾肉片 dried meat slices.
Main dish is the rm$14.90 "日式帶子飯 Japanese Style Hotate Rice" which comes with 10 pieces of nicely cooked kind-of fresh 日式帶子 Hotate with white rice, and topped with 黃瓜片 sliced cucumbers, an 溫泉蛋 Onsen egg, 蛋黃醬 mayonnaise, sprinkled with some 白芝麻和黑芝麻 white and black sesame seeds.
