Thoughts: As usual on Mondays, of the 2 Chinese Kopitiams (NSV and Wai Kwan) in USJ6 (next to the USJ7 LRT/BRT station), only "相有海鮮茶餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan" is open for Dine-in. And looks like only 4 of 7 hawker stalls are still in operation (today):

相有海鮮茶餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan is probably one of the very few kopitiam still offering a rm$1.70 cup of Teh C (as most shops are already charging rm$2 or above for the same cup)!

The Chee Cheong Fun (or Cheong Fun) which is rice noodle is a versatile dish, all depending on what you put inside the Cheong Fun as well as what dressing you put on top of it. Here are the Cheong Fun varieties I am aware of and each have their unique flavors and interesting features:

檳城蝦膏豬腸粉 Prawn Paste Cheong Fun (Penang)

安顺豬腸粉 Teluk Intan Chee Cheong Fun serve with Green Chili (Perak Teluk Intan)

怡保舊街場米漿粉配紅甜醬 serve with red tim cheong (red sauce) (Perak Ipoh)

怡保腸粉配酱油,麻油和腌青椒 Cheong fun with Soy sauce, sesame oil and pickled green chillies (Perak Ipoh)
吉隆坡豬腸粉釀豆腐配棕色甜酱 KL Chee Cheong fun and Yong Tao Foo with brown sweet sauce

齋腸粉配芥辣 Vegetarian Cheong Fun with Wasabi (old style and now rare in KL)

咖哩豬腸粉 Curry Chee Cheong Fun (Penang, KL, Ipoh)

混醬腸粉(花生醬) Mixed Sauce Rice Roll (Peanut Butter) (Hong Kong street food found in Hong Kong Char Chan Teng in Malaysia)

港式蝦腸/叉燒腸 Har Cheong/Charsiew Cheong (Hong Kong style) normally in Dim Sum restaurants

廣州石磨腸粉 GuangZhou style Cheong Fun (usually with a variety of meats inside) in some Kopitiam or specialty shops

There are probably not too many places in Klang Valley that offers this 怡保舊街場米漿粉配紅甜醬 Ipoh style Cheong Fun (rice noodle) with the red sauce (Tim Cheong), and in USJ maybe only at USJ6's "相有海鮮茶餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan".
