Thoughts: Opened in September 29, here is a new Noodle house in USJ10 Taipan called "豐盛海鲜板麵 Superbowl Kitchen" specializing in Seafood PanMee and more. 

For lunch today, I am sampling one of the Noodle House favorites "香煎魚片板麵 Fish Fillet Soup Pan Mee which is at rm$16.90 for the 原味湯 Original Soup base. Top up rm$1.50 for either 冬陰湯 Tom Yam, 麻辣湯 Mala, 番茄湯 Tomato, or 咖哩 Currye. The bowl comes with very thick Tomato soup base and a Four pieces of good size 香煎魚片 fried fish fillet. As for the noodle choice, customer can choose the 幼板麵 thin or 粗板麵 flat Pan Mee noodle. In the bowl is your typical 板面肉碎 Pan Mee minced pork, an 溫泉蛋 onzen egg and some 番茄 tomato. For lunch (at least), the same meal price comes with 3 choices of beverages: 羅漢果 Loh Hon Gor, 菊花 Chrysanthemum, or 薏米水 Barley. Overall, almost triple price compared to a simple noodle bowl from Chinese Kopitiam but something new and satisfactory. 

The most basic bowl of Pan mee here is the "辣椒板麵 Chili Pan Mee" or "傳統板麵 Classic Pan Mee" at rm$9.90. But really got to try the "三鮮大聚會"板麵 Supreme Trio Pan Mee next time, this ultimate seafood Pan Mee bowl comes with 虎蝦 Tiger Prawns, 香煎魚片 Fish fillet, and 啦啦 Lala (Clamps). Also notice some interesting Pan Mee variants like the "花枝/烏賊板麵" Curly Squid Pan Mee as well as "花甲/日本啦啦" Japanese Clam Pan Mee or the "帶子板麵" Hotate Pan Mee in the menu, all 3 of them at rm$14.90 per bowl. The restaurant also offers side dishes like 咖哩魚蛋 Curry fish ball and 台灣香腸 Taiwanese sausage. 

But unfortunately, the restaurant only opens from 11am in the weekdays or from 10am in the weekends and so it is only for Lunch or Dinner. In USJ Taipan, one challenging problem on weekdays at lunch time is the impossible MPSJ parking (and worst now since it is now as busy as before Covid!). And even if you do get a legitimate MPSJ parking, you are limited to 1 hour of parking time (both the Smart Selangor and TouchNGo App seemed only allows max of 1 hour). But some will always double-park or triple-park their cars and walk off to their lunch or shopping and that will be FREE parking until MPSJ clamp or tow the cars away. Nevertheless, there are always the option of rm$5 parking at Wisma Conlay or the rm$2 hourly Taipan Multi-level parking; both of which are short walking distance to the restaurant.
