Today's dinner is a rm$24.80 "海鮮拿桑麵 Seafood Sanna Mee" with 南瓜麵 Pumpkin Mee. The meal comes in a 加熱石鍋 pre-heat-up stone pot, and poured in with in-house broth (which were slow cooked for 5 hours) that is 少油less oil, 少鹽 less salt, 少糖 less sugar and 無味精 MSG-free, and it is 清而不淡 light but not bland. In the stone pot are 生菜 lettuce, 包菜 cabbage, 扁豆 flat beans, 金針菇 Enoki mushroom, and 玉米 corn; seafood includes 蝦 prawns, 鮑魚 abalone, 八瓜魚 Octopus, and a 蛤 clam; plus some 豆腐皮 beancurd skin.
Taipan is the 12th outlet which opened recently (few months), there are at least 8 locations in 巴生谷 Klang Valley and maybe 5 locations in 柔佛新山 Johor Bahru. The Taipan outlet takes up 2 shop lots (next to A&W), and usually there is queue at peak dining hours everything driving pass the restaurant.
