Thoughts: Visited the famous Ipoh Tuck Kee in Ipoh, Perak (Jalan Yau Tet Shin, Taman Jubilee) on 26.12.2018, 3 years ago. SS15 is the 3rd branch of this famous "小炒 Siu Chao (Fried Noodles)" and the new branch is in business since 11th January (7 days ago). The Signature dishes by this almost 60 years old shop (opened since 1963) are its 青甜八瓜魚 steamed cuttlefish, 月光河 Yu Kong Hor, and 燜雞爪 Braised Chicken Feet. The menu here are mainly Noodle dishes (also available are 吉隆坡炒黑麵 KL style Hokkien Noodle), limited choices of rice dishes like 炒飯 fried rice and 燜飯 braised rice; also some side dishes (Tofu, braised egg etc) and  some vegetable dishes. Most of the Noodle dishes comes in 3 sizes from rm$10 to rm$28.80. 
Today's lunch is the rm$10.80 "古早味滑蛋河粉 Wat Dan Hor Fun" ("S" size) is a typical 廣府炒 Cantonese style Hor Fun noodle dish with eggy soup with generous amount of 豬肉 pork meat and lots of 豬油炸 pork lard, plus 菜心 Choy Sum. The rm$4/pc "南乳炸雞翅膀 Fermented Bean Curd Chicken Wings" also wasn't too bad.
If you like 重口味 dishes then this is the right place for a heavy fried noodle meal. Being NEW here in SS15 and a famous restaurant from Ipoh (although there is another of its branch in Damansara), it is packed with customers today. BUT the parking here has gone back to pre-Covid times, and traffic congestion is a common feature in SS15 much like 2 years ago before the Covid days. 怡保德記 Ipoh Tuck Kee takes up a corner shop lot here in SS15 (near the also popular 馬六甲壟溝蛳蚶 Melaka Longkang Si Hum shop or 等久久豬肉粉 Wait long long Pork noodle shop) and if you are coming by LRT then it is just 2-3 minutes walk from the SS15 LRT station). Many of the SS15 roads are One-way-Streets (same for SS 15/4B) which you have to come in from SS 15/3B where KFC is at!
