"新蠔景茶餐室 Kedai Makanan & Minuman New Grand View" is a 2 corner shop lots in SS23, a neighborhood shop lot for SS23 residents. Opposite the shop lots is the SS23/19 Playground, and parkng was easy at around 8am today.
The hawker stall that offers the "煎蛋捲早餐 Omelet set" also offers sandwiches, chinese kopitiam style western breakfast, steam/toast bread and porridge; from rm$1.80 to rm$6. The rm$6 set comes with Kaya-Butter toast, a ham and cheese omelet, tomato and cucumber slices on the side; topped with salad dressing.
Was here at around 7:30am and all 9 stalls open for breakfast. The Kopitiam offers 11 tables with 2-3 customers limit per table and Parking was available and easy around 8am today.
